In last weeks lesson we practised using three softwares called Livetype, Finalcut Pro and sountrack Pro. These three softwares are important in making the thriller opening. We experimented with these three softwares and worked out the different things they each do. The livetype was used to create intresting titles which would suit the genre. In live type

We used final cut pro next this software is used to edit down clips and make it into a finishing clip with everything added to it. We used one of our practise clips which was a card game so that we got to know how we could edit things and how we could put them together as one finished clip.
The third software we used was Soundtrack Pro which is used to import soundtracks in the clip. We played around with the different sounds and started searching for sounds that suit a thriller genre. Soundtrack Pro creates music which you could use to create various sounds like high tention etc...
